A cozy, comfortable place to live
Argyle, TX is a suburb of Fort Worth, located in Denton County, north of the city of Fort Worth. It covers an area of about 11.4 square miles, and has a population of about 4,204, according to the latest census estimates. This rural area was first settled in the 1850s by a few families, and was formally founded and named Argyle in 1881. It got its name from the railroad, run by Texas and Pacific Railway, which ran through the area. Argyle, TX remained rural for a long time, with electricity and phone service reaching the town as late as 1930. By 1950, the Great Depression had severely impacted the town, which had a population of just 90. But as the Dallas Fort-Worth area grew, the population jumped, reaching 1,575 by 1990, and 3,282 by the 2010 census.Argyle is served by the Argyle Independent School District, and is known for its rural charm, low crime rate, and affordable housing. It’s also located near tourist attractions like LLELA Nature Preserve and Lewisville Lake, as well as Grapevine Lake.
But don't just take our word for it. Here's what one of our satisfied customers has to say:
"Best in Southlake!! An honest and hardworking company that handles everything year round. Can’t say enough good things about them!!"
