Southlake’s Landscape Management at Its Best

A suburb of Dallas/Fort Worth, Southlake is a gem lying in both Tarrant and Denton counties. Southlake covers approximately 22 square miles and as of 2017 had a population of around 29,440. Southlake was settled in the 1840s and became incorporated in 1956. It remained mostly rural, however, until the DFW International Airport was completed in the 1970s. For all its growth since then, Southlake has retained the friendliness one might expect from a much smaller town, thanks to its welcoming residents. This upscale city has consistently been ranked by Dallas Magazine and Fort Worth Magazines as one of the best places to live. With its friendly citizens, stellar schools and so much to do, it’s no wonder. Here you’ll find the impressive Southlake Town Square, a shopping area known for its fine dining and high-end boutiques. But the great outdoors beckons as well, with the 700+ acres of Cross Timbers habitat and 20+ miles of hiking trails that make up the Bob Jones Nature Center.
